Return Process

you are entitled to return products purchased if you do not fully satisfied by the following 

- These products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Must be purchased product is returned in its original condition with all original tags attached with them.
- Shipping costs are at your expense.

- Used furnishings (such as quilts, bed covers, pillows, pillows, sleeping bags, sleeping bags) are not returned.

- Re-registration for you with the main payment method all shipping costs.

you can replace the purchased products only of different sizes. 
Replacement is basis of availability of the product.

please note that all returns and replacements are subject to final approval after examination us. 
It must be new materials and unused condition and return the original and the original bag, full original cards on them.

Damaged products (defective) 
Products classified as damaged in the event of a damaged or received by manufacturing defects, and damaged goods that do not cover products damaged because of its use. If you receive damaged goods, please contact customer service within 5 days from the date of purchase to complete online. You can only replace the damaged of the same type and same size of goods (as available). Otherwise, you can request a refund to convert it to you in a way the main payment.
